Outdoor Wednesday

Outdoor_Wednesday_logo[4] This is my first time to participate in Outdoor Wednesday, so I thank Susan at A Southern Day Dreamer for allowing me share these pictures.

This is a map or our float trip down the Colorado river from Glen Canyon Dam to Lee’s Landing.

It was a 3 hour drive one way to get to the Dam to begin our 4 hour float which included a narrated trip and lunch on the shore. Our guide was very informative and she made our trip very interesting. Although it was a long day…starting with a 6:15 am  pick up, we returned home about 6:30pm, we still recommend this trip. There was a lot of sun, but we had great sun screen so we were not burned.

Happy Outdoor Wednesday

Hugs,

Barbara

  4. That's an interesting view for me since we spend our days on the other side of the Glen Canyon Dam with our boat. I might have to try that excursion sometime!
