Tea Time and Tea Party Tuesday!

 

Tea Time Tuesday with Lady Katherine

Today, I am joining Tea Time Tuesday with Lady Katherine Tea Parlor.  This is her first one, so please go and visit and check out all the tea parties going on.

I purchased this Teaposy  at Beadboard Upcountry in Brenham, a while ago and have not used it lately.

I thought it would be interesting to show for those who are not familiar with them.

This is the teaposy, you place in the teapot and add boiling water, wait about 3-6 minutes.

Now we have tea.

  1. I've seen them in tea shops, but never had them at home. I don't have a clear teapot. I think they are beautiful...it made for a wonderful post.

  2. I've haven't seen a tea posey before. How pretty and having that clear teapot was perfect. Such a pretty setting.
    I hosted a formal tea yesterday for my daughter's etiquette class. It turned out very pretty. My neighbor brought her silver tea service.

How lovely it looks with the the yellow daisys and I been hunting some colored doily's! lolThe silver tray is so beautiful! Thank You for showing your tea with the clear glass. I need to buy one for my crystal clear cups! It is so magical to see the posey open up!
