I have no tablescape today, I need some help. About 15 years ago , I bought some light tin cream colored chargers with scalloped edges and a design around the edge for my sister-in-law. Since I have started doing tablescapes, I have been looking everywhere for some like those.
If any one knows where I can purchase some like that, please let me know. You would think in is age of computers, you could find anything.

I'm not up on my chargers. I just bought my first set...ever! I never really liked them, but we know what happens with this tablescape stuff...I never wanted a soup tureen either, or went to a thrift shop:) Have you tried ebay?

ReplyDeleteOh sorry you didn't do anything. I wanted to start the New Year with my first but alas the snow then frigid temps. Messed me up we have intermitent water. And I cook our meals so I keep getting behind on dishes and laundry. Hopefully we will thaw for good soon! Oh I know the ones! I love them too -- but have had no luck. Would love for some of these manufacturers to "revive" some of these things. Seems to be quite a market out there!
ReplyDeleteI don't know where you can get those, but I was so excited to see gold colored chargers at Wal mart last week for $1.25 for a package of 4. They are not the fancy metal kind, but are plastic. They do look nice, and will look great on my Passover table this year. I have never even used a charger before, but am sure looking forward to setting a pretty, gold table.
