Paradise Found on Lake Limestone

Attention all Fishermen!

We have a luxury cabin for rent by the week or weekend on Lake Limestone, the little known lake, with no crowds and great fishing.

Our cabin is one bedroom, bath, full indoor and out door kitchen, living room sun room, utility room and outdoor shower. 

The boat house and deck give you a place to fish or tie up your boat and a beautiful view of the lake.  If you are not a into fishing, then just enjoy the view and the peace and quiet.

Bring your tooth brush and a fishing pole or a great book to read.

The cabin will accommodate 2 couples, the living room has a hide-a-bed.  Sorry, we do not allow children or pets.

The cabin will be available starting May 21, 2012

Bed & Breakfast……..

I recently had a bad experience at a B&B and went to the comment page and as kindly as possible related our problems and our total disappointment.  We had been there before and things were 100% different.

I was chastised  for my public comments and told I had a personality conflict with the new assistant  innkeeper.

I was very disappointed in these statements.  I have stayed in many B&B’s, this is our choice of places to stay and only one other time had a problem, it was dead of winter and the heater did not work.  I made a new board on pinterest to list some of the great B&B’s I have stayed in over the years.    I will get pictures and put them on my board as soon as possible. Thanks for listening to my hurt.

My New Bathroom

Last Spring and Summer, we remolded our house.  We tore out wall, changes doors,flooring colors, etc.  My pride and joy is my new shower that measures about 4feet by 6 feet, a new cabinet in the bath and an old section of a screen I am using for my necklaces.

Thanks for All the Emails!

Just a quick note to say thanks for the many emails !

I am just trying to make it thru a very busy summer and stay alive.

We are both doing ok.  Roy has lost 45 pounds and I have lost 25.

My email is messed up, so I can’t send anything out and my computer needs a tune up. 

Hope to be back in the fall.
