If you haven't tasted these...you are in for a real treat at probably 10 zillion calories.
I made these for my bridge club.
Cake Balls
1 box cake, flavor of your choice
1 can of icing, again your choice
I made my own cream cheese icing
chocolate almond bark
1 tablespoon crisco oil
Bake cake according to directions on box
I used a 9x13 pan
while cake is still warm, crumble and mix with icing
"great finger licking at this point"
put mixture in freezer for about 1 hour
Scoop with melon scoop, place on wax paper
put back in freezer for 1 hour or overnight
Melt bark, add oil while melting.
Roll balls in chocolate.
You can also roll in coconut, nut meal, or sprinkles.
One cake makes tons of balls.
They are delicious and make a pretty presentation.
