Today and everyday for the past 3 months except last Sunday , we have had the most beautiful blue skies.
Yesterday it was 104 degrees. Although they are beautiful, What we want is rain. Dark blue skies.
Here I am rejoicing in the rain…..when ever it comes.

Hi, Barbara! I'm jealous of your blue skies, we've had mostly rain all summer.

Debbie and I were on the phone last night for 3 hours. Was a wonderful visit. Amy is not wanting her to go home. She is wanting her to stay with her, so Debbie has been running back and forth. They are going to try and get an appointment in the morning to see Debbie's eye specialist to have him take a look and see if he can see anything that may be causing the problems that Amy is having with her left eye. She is seeing colored lights that she has never had before. She is staying in the dark, no lights on and no curtains open. She is wanting it dark. We'll see what tomorrow brings. I continue to pray. I'm with you...love your blue skies but would love more rain.
Here in Houston, we had a drenching rain that caused some flooding on Thursday, but if we again go another several weeks without rain...

Living in Southern California where it hasn't rained for a very long time, I totally relate to your post! We have lovely BLUE skies consistently, but what we NEED and want is RAIN. At the beach temperatures have been in the high 80s ... too warm for MY taste ;--)
